DART, TRE remain available for holiday weekend travel

DART rail and bus service will run on modified schedules Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4. They’re also increasing Silver Line service from DFW International Airport to Addison, which is hosting its annual Kaboom Town celebration.

The DARTmart, Lost Found, and Administrative Offices are closed on Friday, July 3. Customer Service Customer Relations (214-979-1111) will operate Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, from 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
DART recommends its service for numerous events happening in North Texas, including taking the Orange Line to Irving’s Sparks and Stripes, the Green Line to Farmers Branch Independence Day Celebration, or the Blue Line to Red, White, You – Garland. There are also various bus routes.

Due to the FIFA World Cup, there is no parking at the CentrePort Station on July 3, since Australia plays Egypt at 1 p.m. It also costs to park around Victory Station.
TRE recommends parking around Bell or West Irving Station and connecting with the match day shuttles at CentrePort/DFW Airport Station.
