73yearold driver, 2 others identified among victims of deadly flooding in Kentucky

As of Monday morning, Kentucky officials have confirmed four deaths as a result of the floods,
including three in Madison County and one in Jackson County. They have cautioned the death toll could rise.
Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison said John Powell, a 57-year-old man, died from flooding in his basement apartment on University Drive near Eastern Kentucky University.
Garnett Isbell, a 73-year-old man, died after his car was swept off the highway near Tates Creek Road in Richmond.
An adult woman from Madison County has yet to be identified. She was found inside the flooded basement alongside Powell.
In Jackson County, Anthony "Tony" Smith, a 60-year-old man, died in a car accident as a result of the flood, the coroner's office said Monday morning.This is a developing report.
