Capital Region placed under an extreme heat watch from Wednesday to Friday

On Monday at 1:45 a.m. an extreme heat watch was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Wednesday 10 a.m. until Friday 8 p.m. for Albany, Rensselaer, Greene and Columbia counties.The weather service informs, "Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values over 105 degrees possible."
