06-26-26-Keyze AriZona INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Independent Indianapolis rapper and songwriter Keyze AriZona is making waves with his recent album and film release titled “Christmas in Spring.” The album, released June 5, debuted at No. 3 worldwide on the iTunes hip-hop charts. Since 2 019, Keyze has consistently released projects, including “Vertigo,” “Pain Is Progress II,” “I Wonder! Is God Real?” and “Pain Is Progress III.” “Christmas in Spring” stands out as his fourth studio album, featuring collaborations with artists including SWAVAY, Westside Boogie, Reason and Mick Jenkins. Keyze uses this album to explore themes of growing up without permanence, faith and purpose. The accompanying 45-minute feature film, co-directed with Loagin Sneed, follows Ezekiel Huff, an 18-year-old trying to support himself and his younger brother amid collapsing circumstances. The film, which reflects the album’s emotional narrative, sold out its first showing at Kan-Kan Cinema on June 7. Another screening is scheduled for Friday, July 10, at Kan-Kan.
