At 5:43 a.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 6:45 a.m. for Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego counties.Look for quarter-sized hail (1 inch) and wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
