FIFA Fan Fest and World Cup games aren’t the only ways soccer fans can immerse themselves in soccer culture this summer.   In fact there’s one event — currently available in Center City Philly — that’s a little extra sweet. It’s Hersey’s Soccerland, a three-day pop-up event,  that is in Dilworth Park at Philadelphia’s City Hall from now through June 27, 2026.  The event started on Thursday and will be open Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.  During the event, visitors can enjoy family-friendly activities, interactive soccer gameplay, and special giveaways.   But, since Hersey’s is involved, there has to be something sweet, and during the event, fans will be able to receive the limited-edition Pulisic’s Milk Chocolate Bar, named for U.S. Men’s National Team member — and Hershey, Pa. native — Christian Pulisic.  A little less sweet: US Men’s National Team lost with a score of 3-2 to the Turkey National Team at SoFi Stadium in Englewood, California on Thursday night, June 25, 2026.  ...read more read less
