ROBESON, N.C. – A major breakthrough in an 11-year-old mystery out of Robeson County. Three people have been arrested in the homicide investigation of 18-year-old Sara Graham, who was last seen alive in February 2015. Earlier this month, a judge officially declared her legally dead. On Thursday , Federal and local authorities arrested Graham’s stepmother and her two sons in connection with Graham’s disappearance and murder. Connie Graham, who is the wife of Sara’s father, was charged with first-degree murder. Charges for her sons, Bobby McLellan and Luke Locklear, both of Lumberton, include conspiracy, accessory after the fact, and altering evidence. The FBI is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the location of Sara’s body.
