This year, San Antonio favorite Ba kery Lorraine is making holiday celebrations even sweeter with the return of its beloved seasonal pie collection, now available for pre-order at all San Antonio locations.     A 4th of July Pie-Palooza Guests can choose from six handcrafted summer pies, including: Chocolate Cream Pie – Dark Chocolate Custard topped with vanilla whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.   Toasted Coconut Pie – Creamy Coconut Custard, topped with Whipped Cream and Toasted Coconut.     Dulce de Leche Banana Pie – Salted caramel and banana custard topped with Dulce de Leche Whipped Cream.     Blueberry Cornbread Pie – A cross between a cake and a pie! Blueberry compote is topped with a soft layer of cornbread and molasses mousse. Dutch Apple Pie – Tart Granny Smith Apples and warm spices with a cinnamon streusel on top. Lemon Meringue Pie – Bright lemon custard topped with a cloud of toasted meringue. Mixed Pie Super Sampler – features all six generous slices of every seasonal pie flavor packaged together in one convenient tin.     Pre-orders are available for placement now through Tuesday, June 30 with pickup available Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at all Bakery Lorraine locations. All whole pies are $35, while the Mixed Pie Super Sampler is $40.
