LINCOLNTON, N.C. – A man in Lincolnton is facing kidnapping charges. Lincolnton Police say witnesses saw 41-year-old Timothy Michael Brittain force a woman into a vehicle on East Main Street on Wednesday during a domestic incident. Officers already in the area chased him until he stopped at the Red Rabbit, an antique shop, on Highway 27, where he was taken into custody.
