A former Upstate New York police officer will spend more than a year in federal prison for threatening the family of an FBI special agent at their home.Steven L. Ploof, 48, of Greece, N.Y., was sentenced to 14 months in prison on Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Meredith A. Vacca.
