Hosted by APRON Inc., this annual tasting experience celebrates Louisville’s independent restaurant community and the chefs who define it. It’s a chance for us all to come together, enjoy incredible food, and make a tangible difference in the lives of those who serve us every day.” Supporting Those Who Serve You.APRON Inc. is a nonprofit organization which provides temporary, limited financial relief to professional food and beverage workers in the Louisville, KY metro area who work at locally-owned establishments and who are experiencing financial distress due to illness, accident, emergency, or catastrophic event through no fault of their own. Since its founding, APRON has granted hundreds of thousands of dollars to support industry professionals in need, strengthening the backbone of Louisville’s local Restaurant community. Beverage offerings include craft beer, wine, and spirits, along with live entertainment by Logan Leet.
