A teen was transferred to a hospital after suffering a stab wound in the parking lot of The Shoppes at Carlsbad Saturday afternoon, the Carlsbad Police Department said. Police responded to a report of a teen stabbed just before 2 p.m. Preliminary information indicates the two juveniles got in to an altercation over a stolen e-bike. One of the teens left and returned with a knife, then stabbed the other teen, Carlsbad police said.
