A man was arrested following an hours-long standoff in Santa Rosa, according to police. Police said that, around 11 p.m., officers responded to a man who had climbed onto the roof of an RV on Santa Rosa Avenue and refused to come down. They say the man claimed he had a gun and dynamite, set th e RV on fire, and threw large rocks. Police and firefighters were finally able to get him to come down around 1 a.m. Saturday, as the RV roof started to collapse.
