Two people were found shot Wednesday night in Washington Heights, one fatally, according to Chicago police.Officers responded to a call of shots fired at a residence in the 9900 block of South Parnell Avenue at 1:57 p.m. and found a 59-year-old woman who had been shot multiple times; she was declare d dead at the scene, police said.A 55-year-old man was also found shot once in the head, police said.
