An updated severe thunderstorm warning was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 10:27 a.m. in effect until 11:30 a.m. for Cayuga, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga and Seneca counties.Residents should be prepared for wind gusts of up to 60 mph.
