Pierre city offices will be closed Friday (June 19, 2026) for the Juneteenth holiday. Both Pierre City Hall and Rawlins Municipal Library will be closed all day. Pierre residential garbage collections will not be affected, but the Solid Waste Department and the Outdoor Pool will have modified hours. The Solid Waste Department will be open: Friday open from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Saturday open from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. The Pierre Outdoor Pool will be open Friday for open swim only, 12-8pm.
