On Thursday at 12:47 a.m. a high wind warning was released by the National Weather Service valid between 2 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Niagara, Orleans, Monroe, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Ontario and Chautauqua counties."Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected," says the weath er service.
