An updated wind advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 1:29 a.m. valid between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for Northern Warren and Southeast Warren as well as Herkimer, Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Washington, Schenectady, Albany and Rensselaer counties."South to south west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph expected," adds the weather service.
