I swam my first laps in the new pool last Friday and it was delightful! The extra lanes, deeper bottom, accurate turn markers, wider lane lines, water clarity and improved gutter system are all wonderful improvements. And just 50 feet away, families were enjoying the slide, climbing wall and ot her features of the new leisure pool. I can’t wait to take my 3-year old granddaughter to the pool this summer. Thank you city council, planning commissioners, recreation staff and others that made it all possible.
