20+ vehicles seized in North Phillybased drug trafficking investigation
Jun 16, 2026
More than 20 vehicles, including many high-end cars, were recently seized as part of an ongoing investigation into a North Philadelphia-based drug-trafficking organization, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced Tuesday.
Last year, more than two dozen people were charged in connection with the co
caine and crack cocaine trafficking enterprise, which investigators refer to as the “5th Cornwall” organization.
As agents continue to monitor the organization’s activities, they identified several vehicles tied to the group, which they said were “allegedly obtained via drug trafficking proceeds.”
According to Sunday, the vehicles were seized at 4411-15 N. 3rd Street in Philadelphia. In addition, three more people were arrested and charged regarding the seizure of crack and cocaine in the same area.
“Investigations of upper-level criminal organizations do not end with the filing of charges, and in this case, we recently received information that led to seizures of numerous high-dollar vehicles,” Attorney General Sunday said. “The investigation remains active and ongoing.”
Among the vehicles seized were:
Twin-Turbocharged 1988 Ferrari Testarossa
30k-Mile 2012 Fisker Karma EcoChic
LS-Powered Movie Prop Tow Truck (similar to what appears in the “Fast
Furious” movie series)
2017 Grey Shelby Cobra Backdraft Roadster
Red Porsche 911
Yellow Austin Haley Sprite
2004 Beck/Porsche Speedster

Officials said the vehicles will be part of a forfeiture process in which prosecutors plan to prove they were purchased through proceeds of criminal conduct.
According to the AG’s Office, in total, 32 people have been charged in connection with the group since last year.
Among those charged in September 2025 were Jimmie Torres, the suspected leader of the organization, and his son, Matthew Torres, who oversaw the enterprise when his father was at his home in Puerto Rico, officials said.
