A man was shot and killed in East Oakland on Sunday morning, police said Monday. At about 11:30 a.m., officers were sent to the 1300 block of Seminary Avenue to investigate reports of a shooting. When they got there, officers found a San Leandro resident who had been shot at least once. Off icers provided aid but the man died at the scene, police said. The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of his family.
