Severe thunderstorm watch issued for parts of Upstate NY until Sunday night

On Sunday at 2:45 p.m. the National Weather Service released a severe thunderstorm watch in effect until 10 p.m. for Chemung, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins and Yates counties.
