On Sunday at 3:18 a.m. an updated coastal flood statement was released by the National Weather Service valid from 10 p.m. until Monday 1 a.m. for Westchester County.The weather service informs, "Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline." ...read more read less
