WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla. (WSVN) — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued a Missing Child Alert for a 14-year-old boy who was reported missing from Pasco County. According to detectives, Emanuel Olivo was last seen in the 6200 block of Ryerson Circle in Wesley Chapel on Saturday. Ol ivo stands 6 feet tall, and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with Justice League characters on the front, black Adidas baseball short with three white stripes, and black slides.
