Summer weather is here and, this week in Baltimore, that means lots of hot weather sips and seasonal meals. Here’s a look at what’s coming up: Openings announcements Key Neapolitan and Crushed Velvet Ice are open for one more weekend this summer. They’re celebrating their final day s with live music and prizes. Slutty Vegan has plans to move from the Baltimore Peninsula to a Monument St. location near the Johns Hopkins Hospital campus. Rosé season One of the most charming parts of late spring and early summer is the return of rosé season – it’s time to celebrate those delicate pink wines. At La Jetée, the wines are front and center, as the new Wine Director, Eliza Perkins, has just released a fresh menu of rosés, including 17 selections from different parts of France. Saturday, The Beverly House in Hamilton is throwing its first annual Rosé Fest. The event, which starts at noon, will feature over 20 wines from all over the world, plus music, free popcorn, and food for purchase. On Wednesday, Sally O’s gets into the action with a four-course meal featuring dishes paired with different rosés. In honor of the changing season, Costiera has half-price Rosé Cava (while supplies last). Pride kickoff at Hotel Revival On Friday, June 12, Hotel Revival hosts a party to celebrate the kickoff of Pride weekend, with drinks, food, music, and more. Wine Food Festival at the Fairgrounds This Saturday, June 13, the Wine Food Festival takes over the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium. The event includes live music plus – of course – tons of wine and food from a variety of different vendors. Sunday Spritz at BSC Sunday afternoon, the Baltimore Spirits Co. Cocktail Gallery is celebrating the season with spritzes and an oyster pop-up. Summer Eco-Market at the Mill Starting at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Whitehall Mill will host a summer market featuring vendors and environmental groups – and lots of oysters, courtesy of True Chesapeake.  Supper Club at Boordy On Wednesday, June 17, the Boordy Vineyards Supper Club series returns with a five-course meal from Masterchef winner Chef Michael Leonard and Chef Sophie Wang. The dinner includes courses like yuzu scallops over parsnip puree with scallion oil, citrus zest, and brown butter panko, and Peking duck confit with cucumber, scallion and hoisin. Cocktail class at OLAR On Thursday, June 18, Of Love Regret partners with St. George Spirits for a tasting and cocktail class, including hands-on instruction – and complimentary snacks.
