Local fundraiser ‘Dam That Cancer’ raises $1.5 million for mental health awareness

An Austin-based nonprofit, Flatwater, held its 17th annual fundraiser, “Dam That Cancer,” today, raising over 1.5 million dollars to help provide more than 14,000 therapy sessions for Central Texans impacted by cancer.
