An e-bike rider is hospitalized in critical condition early Monday after, police say, they were struck by a driver in Philly’s Mayfair section overnight. According to police, the incident happened at about 2 a.m. at the intersection of Robbins Street and Frankford Avenue in the city’s Mayfair section. Police at the scene were seen working to investigate the area as a damaged e-bike rested in the roadway early Monday. Officials said the rider of the e-bike was hospitalized in critical condition after the crash but they did not immediately provide further identifying details for the victim.
