LINCOLN–(KFOR June 6)–At approximately 8:30 Friday evening, Lincoln Police Officers and Lincoln Fire and Rescue personnel were dispatched to the Lionsgate apartments at 5101 Vine on report of a medical emergency of a 3 year old child drowning. Lincoln Police Capt Duane Winkler tells KFOR News th at upon arrival rescue personnel rendered aid to a 3 year old child, who would eventually be transported to a local area hospital before being moved to Omaha Children’s hospital in serious condition.
