A bicyclist died after being hit by a car Friday afternoon in Bridgeport, police said.A man riding a bicycle was hit by a vehicle in traffic around 4:40 p.m. while in the 3200 block of South Halsted Street, Chicago police said.The man, 35, was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
