Lincoln Police cruiser (Jeff Motz/KFOR News)Samuel Menousek (Courtesy of Lancaster County Corrections) LINCOLN–(KFOR June 5)–A 35-year-old Lincoln man has been cited for second-offense DUI and other traffic offenses, after he crashed his car on a raised median at 18th and “O” Street just bef ore 2am Friday. According to an accident report from Lincoln Police, Samuel Menousek was driving southbound on 18th Street and kept going, where he hit the raised median on “O” Street. LPD says Menousek was observed to be under the influence of alcohol and tested at a .177 at the hospital. He was later cited for second offense DUI and other traffic offenses.
