Get ready for a paw-some competition as local shelter dogs take center stage in the NHL’s “Stanley Pup.” As this year’s nonprofit and adoption partner, Brandywine Valley SPCA shared that they are providing all of the all-star players for this event. Not only will you witness some thr illing hockey action, but you’ll also get the chance to meet some fur-tastic pups who are ready to find their forever homes. All 32 NHL teams will be represented by a four-legged friend. Here are some of the players: Organizers said that during the show, there will be special appearances by celebrity dog lovers including Kenan Thompson, Flavor Flav, Anthony Anderson, Jean Smart, Brooke Shields, Kelli Giddish, Michael Strahan and many more. Several NHL players are also set to make appearances including Matthew Schaefer, Logan Thompson, Seth Jarvis, Will Smith, Devin Cooley.
