TION:Bakersfield Police say through negotiations, two people have been released from the Chase Bank building, and at this time there are no reported injuries.The call of the bomb threat came just after 1pm on Tuesday. City Hall North and City Hall South are currently closed to the public. The Development Services Building and Police Headquarters are also locked down.Officials say the road closures are a precaution.
