Police are investigating a series of business burglaries that have hit Lewes, Delaware, within the last week. According to the Delaware State Police, on May 30, 2026 around 6:30 p.m. troopers were called to Coastal Plaza, located at 18388 Coastal Highway in Lewes, after receiving reports of burgl aries and attempted burglaries at Go Brit, Cabana’s Restaurant, Tienda la Bendicion, and The Listening Booth. Police reported that an investigation revealed two unknown suspects forced entry or attempted to force entry into several businesses early that morning, stealing money or attempting to do so. Troopers also learned that there were three additional incidents in the same area, including at Bushel’s Sports Bar and Grill, located at 18289 Coastal Highway, Café Pink Blossom, located at 18266 Coastal Highway, and Matt’s Fish Camp, located at 34401 Tenley Court.
