At least one person died in connection with a wrong-way crash early Saturday morning on Highway 121 near Sylvania, according to Fort Worth police. Officers responding to the scene found two vehicles involved in the crash. Police said one of the drivers died at the scene. The other driver was t ransported to a hospital for treatment.
