Photo: City of Camden Facebook CAMDEN, SC (WOLO) — According to the City of Camden, multiple fire departments responded to a structure fire near Rutledge Street and Church Street in downtown Columbia early Sunday morning. Firefighters say the isolated fire was contained and units have cleared th e scene. Nearby Cantey Call Center is expected to open Monday morning.
