Festivalgoers celebrated 40 years of creative spirit at the SOWEBO Arts Music festival in the Hollins Market neighborhood on Sunday.
Despite cloudy skies, artists, musicians, and vendors lined the streets with colorful art, flavorful food, and community celebration.
