Man accused of dragging woman into North Country woods and raping her

Diana, N.Y. — A Lewis County man was arrested Saturday after troopers said he dragged a woman into a wooded area and raped her. Around 10:58 p.m., troopers received a call about a suspicious vehicle on Old State Road in the town of Diana, Trooper Jennifer Jiron said in a news release Tuesday.
