A Sunday afternoon fire sent two residents to the hospital with serious injuries, and one firefighter suffered from smoke inhalation.Officials say it happened around 2:15 in the 2600 block of Finger Road in Green Bay. According to Battalion Chief Mike Vanden Avond, crews rescued three adults from a second floor window.Vanden Avond says two of the rescued adults were taken to the hospital for their injuries and later transferred to Milwaukee.Two firefighters were treated on scene for smoke inhalation, and one firefighter was brought to the hospital for smoke inhalation as a precautionary measure, according to Vanden Avond.The investigation is ongoing.
