Wednesday Sushi Night at Hearth and Hill
Through the month of June, guests of the award-winning Hearth and Hill can enjoy a curated selection of sushi rolls, sashimi, and starter specials every Wednesday. Try the Hilltop roll highlighting spicy hamachi, asian pear, cucumber, maguro, sake, a
vocado, and sesame ponzu or the sashimi combo featuring four fish varieties.
Ritual Chocolate Summer Solstice Cacao Ceremony – June 18
On Thursday, June 18, Ritual Chocolate will host a special summer solstice cacao session that explores the history of cacao ceremonies from 6-7 pm. In addition to receiving a box of exclusive ceremonial cacao to take home, guests will learn how to create their own relaxing and mindful rituals and discover ways to incorporate chocolate in all kinds of celebrations.
“We love giving guests opportunities to find the joy that high-quality chocolate can add to simple, everyday moments,” says Anna Seear, co-founder and President of Ritual Chocolate which crafts high-quality small-batch chocolate from ethically sourced organic cacao. “Diving deeper into the art of tasting, creating, and celebrating chocolate are tangible ways we share our love for our craft.”

Savor the Summit – June 27
Summer kicks off along Park City’s historic Main Street with Savor the Summit on June 27. For one night only, enjoy Utah’s largest outdoor dinner party as communal tables stretch down Main Street and Park City’s best restaurants serve curated multi-course menus and craft cocktails at this one-of-a-kind open-air dining experience.
Dozens of participating restaurants each host their own section of the street, making the evening a reservation-only event. Spots are limited, and seats will sell out so choose your restaurant early and secure your reservation directly with the participating dining establishment.
High West Announces New Master Distiller
High West Distillery Saloon recently promoted Isaac Winter to senior director, master distiller of Constellation Brands, the parent company of High West. In his new role, Winter now oversees new-make spirit production across Constellation Brands’ craft spirits portfolio, including High West, as well as the company’s third-party distilling partners. With Constellation Brands since 2017 in various roles, Winter recently earned his master distiller certification from the Chartered Institute of Brewers and Distillers.
“We’re excited to have Isaac at the helm of High West’s spirits portfolio,” said Tara Lindley, Director of Blend Sensory at High West Distillery. “His years of experience with Constellation Brands and distilling expertise make him a natural fit to lead production efforts of new High West offerings and help write the next chapter for our celebrated spirits.”
Visit Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870 at High West Distillery in Wanship and take an educational tour of the 30,000 square foot distillery or enjoy a stop at the world’s only ski-in gastro distillery at the High West Distillery Saloon in historic Old Town Park City.
Taste of Montage – August 29
Indulge in Montage Deer Valley’s annual food festival on August 29 from 6-9 pm, complete with all the flavors of the resort’s dining outlets plus interactive pop-ups from local businesses. Enjoy signature dishes curated to showcase the best of Montage dining including Apex, Burgers Bourbon, Yama Sushi, Daly’s Pub Rec, Slope Stream, and pastries from the Montage culinary team. In addition, enjoy a cash bar offering an array of beverages. Dogs are welcome.
General admission tickets are $75 and include one tasting from each restaurant and $10 valet parking.
VIP admission is $150 per person and comes with one complimentary glass of champagne, limitless food tastings, caviar bump, guaranteed seating, a $50 dining credit per party to use towards Montage restaurants any time of the year, and complimentary valet parking.
