Police in Danville cited a 12-year-old who was allegedly speeding through a neighborhood on an electric motorcycle. Danville PD says an officer spotted the kid running a stop sign and speeding through the neighborhood at 45 miles per hour. The officer followed him for a mile before discovering the rider was 12 years old. Police say the motorcycle was capable of speeds up to 60 miles per hour and required a driver’s license to operate. The officer cited the kid and his parents and towed the motorcycle.
