Richland Co., S.C. (WOLO)– Sheriff Leon Lott says a former deputy was arrested and charged with DUI. Investigators say Wednesday night the Highway Patrol stopped Spencer Link on Bluff Rd for a traffic violation. Troopers say link was believed to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested.
