INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A pedestrian has been hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle that later fled the scene on Indianapolis’ northwest side early Thursday morning. Online police reports show officers were dispatched to the area of Lafayette Road and Kessler Boulevard North Drive arou nd 5:23 a.m. to investigate an accident with injuries. There, they found a pedestrian who’d been hit by a vehicle. Medics rushed them to the hospital in critical condition.
