A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Saturday at 4:08 p.m. for thunderstorms and gusty showers until 6:30 p.m. for Yates, Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Steuben and Schuyler counties.“Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will move across the Finger Lakes Region this afternoon.
