Emergency crews responded to several fires Friday afternoon in San Jose. The San Jose Fire Department reports a brush fire in the Coyote Creek area around 600 Quinn Avenue, just off Senter and Tully roads near a Costco. Firefighters also report a second fire just south of the initial blaze. Tr affic is expected to be impacted in the area. At around 4:30 p.m., SJFD reported forward progress has stopped, but they expect to be in the area for at least another hour. No other information was immediately available.
