The scene doesn’t show any sign of stopping, with new omakase and even quick -lunch options popping up regularly. This map runs the gamut from classic spots like decades-old Kaz Sushi Bistro (finish with green tea tiramisu) to Omakase@Barracks Row, which earned a Michelin star during its first year of service.
