The Boardwalk along the Boise River in Garden City is preparing for a major expansion, with several new restaurants, bars and entertainment concepts expected to open in the coming weeks.Garden City Neighborhood Reporter Riley Sh oemaker spoke with developers behind the waterfront project, who say the goal is to transform the area into a year-round destination along the Greenbelt.
