(KRON) -- The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 16-year-old girl missing since March who is considered at risk due to her age. Elizabeth Doleman was last seen March 7 around 6:45 p.m. in the 4300 block of Tompkins Avenue, according to OPD. OPD says Elizabeth Doleman was last seen on March 7, 2026, around 6:45 p.m. in the 4300 block of Tompkins Avenue. (Photo: OPD) Police said Doleman is also known to frequent Santa Cruz County. Doleman is described as a Black female, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
