FREMONT, Calif. (KRON) --  In the East Bay, a popular Bay Area coffee shop chain has been broken into for the fourth time at its Fremont location. Thieves used a car to ram through the front doors in the early morning hours. Caught on surveillance camera, around 2:30 am Tuesday, burglars use a sto len car to break into Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Company in Fremont. The owner, who wishes to remain anonymous, says this is now the fourth break-in at the Fremont location in the last two years. “These guys last night were in and out in 30 seconds,” said the owner. “It's very disheartening. And, you know, for some businesses, like it's not even sustainable to have this many break-ins and still stay in business.” Driver tries to ‘beat the system’ by using mannequin as carpool This is the aftermath after a car rammed into the front door of Qamaria Yemeni Coffee Company in Fremont. "We're trying to work with our Fremont Police Department to increase security measures. And also we'll work with the landlord to somehow maybe get like overnight security here.” Despite the constant barrage, prices haven’t gone up, and customers have shown up in droves to show their support. ”That's all that matters to us. We did it for the community," the owner said. "They're in the bloodstream of our business. And so showing continuous support means a lot to us.” Police continue to investigate. ...read more read less
