BRUNSWICK COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) -- A person is dead after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 85 North in Brunswick County on Saturday. At around 3:45 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, Virginia State Police troopers were called to I-85 North at the Route 630 exit for a reported single-vehicle crash in Brunswi ck County. According to police, one person died at the scene. All northbound lanes were closed for an extended period with assistance from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), according to police.
