The North Carolina Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction of Christopher Palmiter.  Palmiter is the stepfather of missing Cornelius girl Madalina Cojocari, who was last seen in 2022. Palmiter was convicted of failing to report her disappearance, but argued that the law was unconstitutional.
